Nicholas had a fun Thanksgiving Party at preschool, complete with singing, playing and yummy treats! Ava LOVED getting to play in his classroom with all of his friends.
Our family created a special "Thankful Tree" during the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving. Every night at dinner we talked about things we were each thankful for, and wrote them on leaves to stick to a tree. It was especially fun hearing Nicholas' ideas, and we let him come up with most of Ava's, since her vocabulary is rather limited!
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with our friends the Driscolls and Carickhoffs. It was a great time spent with wonderful friends who are like extended family to us here in Charlotte!
